100-year-old trees
Centenary olive groves rooted deep in Aragón soil.
Single estate extra virgin olive oil
Finca 193 is our family estate in Matarraña, Aragón, close to the Aragón-Catalonia border near Arens de Lledó. It is classic Empeltre olive country: ancient rain-fed trees, rugged inland Mediterranean terrain, and oil with a true sense of place.
Our land
Finca 193 sits within the Matarraña comarca in Teruel, closely tied to the Bajo Aragón olive region and the Terra Alta landscape just across the border. This is dry-farmed, inland Mediterranean olive country.
Every bottle reflects the estate: Empeltre olives, old trees, deep roots, rain-fed groves, healthy soils, and nothing added. Just pure olive juice from Aragón, Spain.
Our land. Our legacy.
For generations before us, this land was cultivated by local Spanish farming families who cared for these olive groves with patience, respect, and a deep understanding of the landscape. Many of the trees standing today are more than a century old.
Now, our family continues that tradition. We farm naturally and thoughtfully, working with the rhythm of the seasons and preserving the character of this remarkable place.
Our Empeltre olives are rain-fed, hand harvested, and cold extracted to produce a smooth, balanced extra virgin olive oil with a true sense of origin.
Our commitment
Every bottle of Finca 193 reflects our family, our grove, and generations of agricultural heritage. For our family. For our land. For future generations.
